• Opening of duplicate or multiple accounts.

• At the player's own request for any reason.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant at x5555 after 12 months of no login activity. x5555 will send notification to the registered mobile number or email before applying a dormant account maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to the balance. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request with no pending investigation, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 to 10 business days.
